Larry is Chief Executive Officer of the Key Family of Companies. Larry has substantial background in the insurance industry. He was a brokerage supervisor for Aetna Life and Casualty until he co-founded Life Insurance Brokerage Agency, Inc. an independent life insurance agency in 1973. In 1976 he co-founded Key Life Insurance, and then established KBA in 1979. KBA was acquired by Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Indiana in 1985 and Larry became one of the executive management staff of the Associated Group, the parent of Blue Cross/Blue Shield. In 1992 he repurchased KBA and since that time has built that business into the leading benefits administrator in Indiana. A native of Indiana, Larry is a graduate of Indiana University.

Nancy holds an MBA from Indiana University and attained her JD from the Indiana University School of Law. Prior to joining the Key Family of Companies is 1998, Nancy served as the Deputy State Health Commissioner for the state of Indiana and held key positions in the Human Resource/Benefits arena at Ford Motor Company.
